Courses Taught: Curr 505: The purpose of the course is to acquaint the student with current educational applications of computers in teaching. Emphasis is placed on both the "how" and "why" aspects of using computers in classrooms. Integrating computers to improve instruction and creating student centered classrooms is the central theme of the course. In the course, students are encouraged to reflect on appropriate uses of computers in learning and teaching. Curr 610: The purpose of the course is to provide an advanced seminar and practicum in using technology in teacher education. In the course, students explore issues in technology in teacher education and mentor a teacher education professor on the use of technology in his/her teaching.

Research Interests
