Originally from Sioux City, IA, Whitney Van Wyhe is an undergraduate at Iowa State University studying Math and Secondary Education. Whitney was blessed in high school to have some wonderful math teachers who made classes like algebra and geometry fun. After college, she hopes to be an inspiring high school math teacher just like them.
Whitney has been working at the CTLT since the spring 2008 semester. She loves working at the CTLT for many reasons. She loves being challenged with something new everyday. She loves the hands on experience she gets with brand new technology, and she loves being able to help students gain confidence when working with unfamiliar technology.
