CTLT 10th Anniversary Celebration

The Center for Technology in Learning and Teaching (CTLT) Celebrates a Decade of Connecting Education with Technology

Since 1997, the Center for Technology in Learning and Teaching (CTLT) has incorporated applications of technology to improve student learning through research, development, and service.  The year long 10th anniversary celebration began October 17-19, 2007 by highlighting the latest innovations in technology for educational use.  The kick-off celebration included a reception, a guest lecture on problem solving by Dr. David Jonassen, Distinguished Professor at the University of Missouri, a CTLT Technology Showcase hosted by CTLT Staff, and a demonstration and discussion on collaborative virtual educational environments hosted by ISU Faculty and Graduate Students.  Celebrations will continue this spring with an event that includes the Center for Information Technology in Education at the University of Hong Kong which is also celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
