The ISU School of Education and CTLT have been working in collaboration with local area schools for several years to provide paid technology internships to undergraduate preservice teachers who are interested in learning more about technology in education. Tech interns at our partner school districts help support 1:1 programs and technology efforts. Currently, we place tech interns at three school districts:
- Colo-NESCO Community School District
- Gilbert Community School District
- Roland Story Community School District
Hours are flexible, but most interns work 4-8 hours per week. If you are interested, please contact Denise Schmidt-Crawford at firstname.lastname@example.org. You’ll be asked to submit a resume and then sign up for a 20-minute interview with staff from the school.
